Training Format: Training-To-Go! (Onsite Media Training) or Classroom
Here's another great training resource offered by Creative Media Institute -- training to go. This approach is especially advantageous to churches and other organizations that have their own equipment and are producing or wanting to produce programming from their site. Many times these facilities are staffed by volunteers who have varying degrees of experience and expertise.
For a very reasonable cost, one of our instructors can come to your facility and provide training for your crew on your equipment.
Here's how it works: Schedule your crew for an all-day Saturday training session. A few days prior, one of our instructors will come to your facility to look over your physical plant and to coordinate the level and emphasis of the training needed. Then, on training day, we will teach your staff the skills they need to produce your programs and encourage them in the importance of catching the vision of their leader and the teamwork approach in executing it. After the training, we will return to your facility during an actual production to provide oversight and fine-tune your team. Finally, at no extra cost, we will provide a written report on your facility with any suggestions for improvements of the physical plant.
